WOMEN ONLY TRAINING class

About the Class

TDBA is proud to offer our first Women Only Training Class!  The session is for all women riders ages 14 and up who are beyond the pure beginner stage.  Meaning that if you know the basics of moving a motorcycle off-road (clutch and throttle control, braking, basic body position, shifting, etc.), then you’re ready for this class.  If you’ve never ridden off-road, you should take a TDBA Foundations class before this class.

The class will be held on Occtober 12, 2024 at our training facility in East Stroudsburg, PA.  It will include drills on our exercise ranges, as well putting what we learn into practice with riding in the trails and woods on our 150 acre property.

Meet Your Coach

Kristen Frawley is an accomplished dirt rider and racer with a gift for sharing her passion with others through teaching.  One of Kristen’s strengths as a coach is her ability to put herself into the shoes (boots?) of newer riders.

“I still remember what it was like to learn. What it was like to fall over when I couldn’t touch the ground, to be afraid to ride without my dad because I didn’t know if I could handle it on my own.  And I remember the thrill of accomplishing a goal in the early days, even a little one: the amazing feeling, for example, of cleanly clearing an obstacle in the trail for the first time! So this is about all the joys and struggles of the learning process.  My goal is to help you along in your riding journey and give you as many tools as I can to boost your success and your confidence.”
